#winewednesdays: Château Latour is one of the oldest Bordeaux wine producing properties in Pauillac, France.

In 1331, a fortress was built around the area and it included the original landmark tower that Château Latour is famous for today. La Tour means 'tower' in French. The original tower no longer exists, but a circular tower (in the picture) was built in the 1620s and it remains a strong symbol of the vineyard.

Stay tuned to find out what the LAVO team discovered at Château Latour!
